7. Find Someone or Something (and Move There): /2 find "partial or full name"

/2 find is a powerful command. After the /2 find, you type in the first part or the complete name of a person or object.

When you press enter, the device takes you at "warp speed" to the closest person or object whose name matches what you typed in.

This command requires some thinking ahead because if you type in "charles" when you are closer to "Charles's mailbox" than to Charles Mountain, you will end up at the mailbox.

Therefore, to get the results you intend, it is best to type in as many of the first characters of the name of the person or object as possible.

NOTE: /2 find also gives you the compass directions of the object according to the SL World's North, South, East, and West. The results are displayed with the eight ordinal compass directions.
